If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at admin@aridona.co with a photo and your order number.
Refunds or replacements will be offered based on the issue.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Please note: We do not cover return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.
Due to the nature of digital goods (PDFs, templates, audio files, etc.), all sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable once the files are delivered.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours after placing them, provided they haven’t been processed yet.
Gift cards, downloads, and personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
